Meet the Founder
Hello, I am Terry. I have enjoyed a crazy, stressful, creative and fulfilling career as a Prop Master in the Film & Television Industry for over 35 years now. Although I've served as a Grip, Stunt Player, Stunt Rigger and occasional actor, my primary path in Film has been in the Prop Dept.
One of the biggest challenges when creating action props, are the paint finishes. Specifically metal. I have found and formulated what I believe to some of the best metallic options available. My products have been used on hundreds of props on dozens of shows. Disney, Paramount, Netflix, Paramount and Fox. Shows like SHOGUN, TRACKER and future release GOD OF WAR.
Our most unique offering is FIREKROME. I've tried the spray-on-chrome systems and they do a great job but are far too time consuming and very very finicky. To turn around a reflective chrome finish on a prop, it takes 2-3 days. That doesn't work in "film time" when you churn out an one hour episode of TV every 8 days!
